I don't know if anyone guessed this yet, because I'm not going to pick through 40 pages of this shyte.  However, following the voodoo clue to the NO roster, I see not only Coltson (a biiiggg target), but also Nick Toon.  Toon is 6'3", and it's pretty close to the word "tuna", which is a big fish.  Of course, Irsay would be overstating to consider this any kind of extremely noteworthy trade, but he's so crazy this could be it.  Seriously...off his rocker.

Devon Bess makes no sense, why would we trade for a WR from the Dolphins when everyone was blaming lack of quality receivers for Ryans lack of production last year?

They still have no WR's. All they did was sign a one trick pony to a $60 million contract

#colts owner Jim Irsay to media at owners' meetings: ‏"it's not (Victor) Cruz, no". So that's one name to cross off the list.

Welp

Also, yay! Now we can have new speculations!

Color me naive but I wouldn't expect Irsay to be all gung ho and come out and say "Yeah, were making a push for Victor Cruz!" All I ever hear about is how Front Office types Keep things close to the vest, what good would it do to just spill the beans to a reporter? Albeit, Irsay is a little out there with the tweeting, I still feel there is a level of secrecy involved in his actions.

Or, maybe we aren't going for Cruz after all and I'm just being hopefull.

The thing is though, he wasn't asked directly about Cruz. He went out of his way to make it a point that they weren't going after him.

    • Yeah it’s the going three and out that’s the issue.  That has nothing to do with the defense.  That’s all on the offense.  If the offense could sustain a drive you’d also rest the defense so they aren’t spent by the 4th quarter as they clearly were in the Texans game too.

    • A primary reason Why he needed to be more active in free agency. He has done well throughout his drafts to add contributing NFL roster caliber players, however, there is a mounting lack of true difference makers  on the defensive roster. His stubbornness with overvaluing his own draft picks is getting very old- especially on defense -to your point. I also realize some of these players are being held back by Bradley's simple and tired defense.
