  1. I drafted 7th in a 12 team standard league back in August. Got Jordy in the 2nd round . How am I looking this year? QB: Newton, Winston RB: Lynch, Forsett, Gordon, Yeldon, Crowell WR: Marshall, VJax, John Brown, Allen Robinson, Martavis Bryant TE: Eifert K: Crosby Def: Jets
  2. How about Edges injury in '01 vs KC. He was never the same after that and we've never had an offensive weapon of that caliber since.
  3. NO! And I didnt even read the OP. Why do people want to dump T.Y. just because we have Dorsett? Why cant we just have a buffet of weapons for Andrew to feast on defenses with? I dont get it, at all.
  4. Aside from Gore, AJ, Todd and Gosder, The entire Colts offense is the future with Castonzo being the elderstatesman. Thats why I laughed when people went nuts over the Dorsett pick. We've got youth on top of youth and its going to last Andrew Luck throughout the entirety of his stay in Indy.
  5. We drafted arguably the most explosive playmaker in the draft. I was skeptical at first like most were but I eventually came around. There are so many more backs I would have chosen ahead of Coleman that it isn't even worth listing.
  6. I'm not worried about Dorsett but for those who are, remember, Boom and Moncrief both returned kicks last year.
  7. I disagree but only a little bit. Though Dorsett's T.Y.ish versatility makes him a threat in many different areas, I see Carter as more of a "secret weapon". His height/weight/speed combination is something to marvel at and the fact that he won't have an ounce of pressure to contribute immediately goes a long way. If he can't shine in competition with Griff and Brown then that would be a tremendous disappointment because he is far more physically gifted than either of them.

  9. Bill Polian had a lot of high praise for him.
  10. I look forward to seeing our running backs more than anything on Offense. The all have a lot to prove. Gore has to show he's still a bell cow who we can ride when times get rough. Boom has to prove he belongs toward the top of the depth chart. Ball security will be the biggest factor. Ballard has to prove that he can actually stay healthy. He was productive as a rookie and his return excites me. Robinson has to navigate his way through his rookie year. Dude has a ton of heart and I'm rooting for him. All of the guys run extremely hard and they all have something to prove.
  11. I am definitely worried about week 1. The Colts started 0-2 last year. I never want to see that again as long as I live. As for the Pats game, its a no win situation for us. Either Brady comes back and beats us which would continue the stigma or Brady comes back and we win leading to "Brady being rusty" jargon. I want the W regardless but we will get slammed in the media either way. The only thing that matters is if we meet them in the Playoffs and own them.
  12. Not at all. My argument is if the players you have arent very good, you should not be closed minded regarding potential upgrades. While some may believe that Swearinger sucks, I believe there is a strong possibility that he may suck less than Lowery and is more "ready" than Geathers. No one on the Texans D is very good aside from Watt and Cushing when healthy. Compared to who, Laron Landry? Adams is HOF compared to him. Geathers is an unproven 5th round rookie. Though i like the pick, he isnt worthy of being called good by NFL standards just yet. Adams and Lowery are both the e
  13. No, I'm pointing out the fact that T.Y can make ANYONE look stupid. So you shouldn't use that fact to knock Swearinger.
