I'm not talking about being wrong about these specific players. I'm talking about being wrong that we already have the guys on the roster to fulfill the team's potential.
Here's a novel approach to "how to fix the Colts" -- Do joint practices with other teams in preseason every week. We look like world beaters in training camp when we're throwing against our own db's. We get a false sense of success and progress. Throw against someone else's db's, and it's another story.
This is more connected than you think. This offense is lead by someone that needs a lot of reps and rhythm with his players. Hard to get into any sort of rhythm when you go 3 n out then not see the field for 9-10 mins multiple times throughout the game. I do agree the offense needs to perform but I disagree these issues on the defense doesn’t effect the offense and Vice versa.
