Sixth round pick.  Hopefully he can beat out Baker if nothing else although Ballard has a good track record with sixth round corners.

Looks legit and 4.4 speed

Micah Abraham might be the most overlooked player in this year’s NFL Draft.

The redshirt senior was a menace in the secondary for Marshall the past three seasons, starting in every game during that span except for one. His play this year earned him First Team All-Sun Belt honors for the second consecutive season.

For most of his college career, he’s consistently been a lockdown corner in the best Group of Fiveconference in the country.

So, what’s the catch? Why is Abraham hardly making any draft noise?

Perhaps one reason is because of his size. At 5-foot-11, 185 pounds, he’s not exactly the biggest guy on the field. He also isn’t the most physical, and perhaps his size has something to do with this. Abraham can sometimes get taken out of plays while failing to shed any blocks.

A lack of physicality can mean bad news in the NFL. But Abraham can certainly become more physical and will put on more muscle and weight during his quest to make an NFL roster.

Sounds like a possible slot corner backup to learn behind Kenny Moore

Would like that.  I am not crazy about Lammons.

Cut him…

just kidding.  Also in fairness to Jennings he went on to have a nice career with the Bears.

I actually like Lammons, but it's good to have some competition for that backup nickel spot.

Yeah, I actually always like Jennings.

I thought they were going to say he was related to Donnie Abraham that used to play for Tampa Bay.  Tim Jennings it is

Overall, I think the colts have had a pretty good draft this year!

On paper, which is all we have to go on right now, he’s killed it in terms of value.  Hopefully these guys produce and don’t show why they slipped.

I had Sunday school flashbacks as soon as I read Donnies first name.  It tickled Mr so I had to share lol

Also, the OCD in me is kinda insisting we remove "just" from your line so the syllables will be right. Otherwise a perfect finale :)

Non-Power Five player to watch: Micah Abraham, Marshall

A true sleeper in this year’s draft is Marshall’s Micah Abraham. Abraham is a physical corner who loves to challenge at the catch point. Over the past two seasons, he has accounted for 35 passes defended and ten interceptions- draftmcks

This guy reminds me a ton of Isaiah Rodgers, same build, same ball hawk ability, we will see how it translates to the NFL but Rodgers was on a great trajectory before he decided to sell his immediate future down the river.

Rogers will do just fine with the eagles

Hilarious. Now I can complain about where he took a corner.

You just like to complain.   How anyone has a problem with this draft is just being a hater

If he makes the team.  Did you pay attention to their draft?
