Gary Brackett's Restaurant Opening Here Soon

Former Colts linebacker Gary Brackett owns a restaurant chain call The Stacked Pickle and one is opening this month a mile from the house. The menu looks like something a pro football player would create. I look forward to going wearing one of my many Colts t-shirts.

The Carmel one is where I do my work league fantasy draft every year and get the $25 gift card for the commish.

He's had a few.  A southern/Soul food place as well I believe, with Jeff Smith as manager

He had one Soul Food restaurant fail a couple of years ago, and I believe he's starting up another soon (if not already).

Stacked Pickles are pretty well sprinkled around the Hamilton County area, and North Indy. Not sure beyond that. Nice sports bar.

Hamilton County used to have a couple. I think we only have the one in Carmel now. It’s pretty good. Nothing to rave about but still a good spot.

I have ate at the Carmel one twice and at the West Lafayette store several times. Kinda inconvenient bc it’s on campus but the food is really good.  Typically go in the summer when the students are gone.

Brackett also owned Charblue, a steakhouse in downtown Indy and Georgia Reeses, a soul food restaurant on the n.w. side but both have closed.

I’d like to see them create a MONSTER sandwich:

 

3-1/2 lb burgers

pulled pork

6- slices of bacon

3-slices of cheese

onion rings

special bbQ sauce

lettuce

tomatoes

pickles

Oh, I assumed you meant in Indy. I’ve not heard of the franchise until this post. May have to make it a motorcycle ride this summer.
