Draft Order / Teams with QB needs / Remaining Schedule

The remaining two games

  1. 1. What is your preference?

    • Lose out and improve draft position
    • Win every game we can and try to build on something for next year
    • Regardless of Ws or Ls, give the young guys snaps to evaluate them in game situations
    • It sucks being out of the playoffs and I just don't care

Ok all, where do we sit at currently with our draft spot. We surely made a little headway with a few of the games played today.

Pretty good early set. With Atl beating TB just now, all teams lost except Cleveland

So off top of head we could get #12-#18.

Ahould pick in front of bears with their win. Even if we win.

Need Denver to beat Oak, if we lose.

If we win we need Oakland to win.

Be close on SoS if we have same record as Oak

Need

Pit

Dal

Phi

To win.

Hoping to lose and Denver to beat Oak. I think we would be at #12.

Will all be determined shortly.

We have stronger SOS than:

NYJ(11th pick)

Dal

Phi

Pit

Ten

Oak

Dallas or Philly will win division and have pick #21/22.

Pit/Ten/Oak - 1 of them will pick #21/22

If we end up with the same record of any of those teams they will slot in front of us.

If we lose and Denver wins I think we pick #13? Maybe #12, will be real close with Oakland on SoS at that point.

So anywhere feom #12-#18 is in the cards.

#19-CHI

#20-LAR

how far do we fall with a win? I don't see us losing to this trash Jags team sadly

If we win I believe we will slot in at #18, no lower.

Never know.

Divisional road game?

We might just find us a way to lose it?

#13 could be on the table.

If Ten and Pit wins, even if we win we pick #17.

If one of them lose though, #18 is in play.

I think that we are now slotted in at 13 (based on results as of now.) I do hope that the Raiders can come back and beat Denver, as Gruden reportedly wants to move on from Carr and if they lose, they'll be in front of us in the draft. If they win, Denver would be ahead of us but if we want to get a QB, they would be a more ideal scenario.

Gonna be really interesting. There’s like 2-5 teams who could be taking/considering. a QB. As much as I definitely want to draft a QB, I won’t be surprised if Ballard doesn’t think it’s worth trading up for one.

I know you have to in some cases just to get your guy, but I don’t know. I’d be slightly uneasy about trading up for anybody (Burrow’s not even an option, Bengals are taking him).

The blue chip QBs (Tua, Burrows) will be long gone before we pick

13 is WAY TOO early to draft Love.......

Best OT, WR, or DL on our board.......

If you believe he is the guy you take him there. You can’t be messing around with a 2nd or third round pick. If they think Eason or Love can be the guy you take them. We have the 34th pick and can get a great WR.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Love goes that early. Nobody, knows and it’s to early.

Maybe, the Colts can get a 2nd for Jacoby!

Or a small trade down to acquire more picks and still getting your guy at those positions. The only QB I really like round 1 is Burrow. Love should be available round 2.

Yer KILLIN ME SMALLS  :)

It is early, and I am still replaying the bad moves from YOUR favorite QB........

There are some holes in Loves game that I think keeps him out until late in the first

The Raiders are interesting

Do they want to move on from Carr, or do they want to replace the hole they have at WR

If it were me, Id hold onto Carr and get him a weapon or two at WR

They'll take a player at a position of need, and from Clemson.  Who is projected from #32-42.

Every Qb in the draft will have some weaknesses. That’s why they are rookies.
