When you were only signed due to injury and said injured player(s) return to full health.  Now if some dumb team would just release a pro-bowl caliber Edge Rusher, we'd be in great shape

I like smith more than street easily. Still like smith more than Rodgers personally

Wow they signed Marcus Leak to the active roster after dropping Smith. That just tells you how unready they think he is.

You can tell Pagano liked Leak in the preseason and offseason.  Problem was he was injured so we never really got to see what it was Pagano liked.  Guess we may get a glimpse or two now.

Leak gives us another Big Body for the deep ball if he plays.  Might even know the playbook better than Street since he was here the whole preseason and training camp.   We will see if they have any more roster moves coming up.

Nope, never on IR. And they don't have to designate return guys anymore. Each team can return one player after 8 weeks on IR, no designation needed.
