Kam Chancellor

It appears he is still holding out.  It appears Seattle is not going to pay him and he is willing to hold out into the regular season.   I feel he is just as valuable as Thomas or Sherman but does not get the recognition.  Is he possibly available to trade for??

He is good and should be paid more guaranteed money but they don't need him to be a top defense again, They need Earl Thomas and Richard Sherman, If they had them two they would be able to get by more then fine I think with Dion Bailey replacing Kam if it came to that. I'd be worried about that O Line if I was a Seahawks fan

ehh i liked Gore the others if they didn't happen I wouldn't be that upset

All 3 of them are stop gap players IMO they will be done soon he needs to learn to pay young talent

You understand how the salary cap works right? Also, great young players rarely become free agents

yeah we have had a ton of space for him to work with he gets many average to below average players then just getting a few good to great players I'd rather have quality over quantity

The key is to draft well. Let's see how this years crop turns out

Learn?

He just wrote a very large check to TY Hilton.     He's about to write a very large check to A Castonzo

Next year he'll be writing a very large check to Andrew Luck,  and good checks to Fleener and Allen.    He's already written a very nice check to Vonte Davis.

Is there anyone who is young and good that Grigson hasn't signed?

How hard do you think it is to "learn" how to do this?

I'm talking all his * poor FA signings with every year he's had a lot of money to work with he's got a lot to of average or poor players I'd rather him pay more for less players then pay the same amount for more players but a lot less talented

Most of his FA dealings have been cap friendly. There is not some magical pool of amazing FA talent. Suh was an anomaly. They are usually either old, proven vets or unproven talent. There is a reason they are in the FA pool. So far, the only huge mistake from Grigs was the Trich trade.

there has been plenty of talent available since he's been here sure the deals are cap friendly but most of the players are crap or old af up til this year he has signed bad old players at least we got good old players this year

    • Time for this weeks prediction. I'm 1-1 thus far. I really didn't think we could conceivably lose to a qb who had only thrown 6 career passes heading into last Sundays game, but as they say."on any given Sunday the Irsay's can lose to any inferior opponent while making a journeyman qb look like an all-pro"(I paraphrased that a little, but it is historically accurate). So, onto todays game, facing a rookie qb making just his 3rd nfl. start, 4 fewer than ours, so that really balances out. If we use the offensive game plan against the Bears that we used against the Texans and mix in some deep throws we will shut up the yapping Bears defense and win. If we use the pedestrian, bland offensive game plan we used against the Packers we will lose. I am going to flip a coin, hold on-------------the coin says we will win! So I'll go with the win today. Game time at 1 o'clock, go Colts!!!!
    • I watched a Mike Tyson documentary last night, what stood out was Tyson ALWAYS took the fight to the opponent, he NEVER sat back and waited for his opponent to attack him. Maybe Gus and the Colt defense should take note of that. Against the Texans we attacked down field, the Packer game we threw ONE pass over 50 yards(last play of the game). Disappointing thus far, but onto to the Bears.
    • Where is Davis at? Also why is Grover not playing nose instead? This makes no sense to me.
    • You?    Disagree with me?!?    Gee, that only happens 24/7/365.   🙄
    • It's easy for other people to say for someone else to walk away from like $160 million guaranteed. We know your health, especially mental, is more important than money. But generation wealth & financial security for your self and family is hard to turn your back to
