Hello :coltslogo: Family  & Happy Thursday!

Chuck Pagano has taken coaching to a whole new level. Love his style of coaching. Take a look at what he's done to mentally prepare the team for our divisional showdown vs the Jacksonville Jaguars

I have called this a trap game....even before the big win against the 49ers!  This article provides the same kind of scenario as last year:

The Colts were in a similar situation last season. They came from behind to beat the Green Bay Packers 30-27, only to get blown out by the New York Jets the following week. Quarterback Mark Sanchez threw for only 82 yards, but running back Shonn Greene ran for 161 yards and three touchdowns in their 35-9 win.

I was sick to my stomach that game.....as we simply got pounded.  I like Pagano's approach.  There are plenty of mice along Eagle Creek aw West 56th....lets beat the rats...err Jags :):colts: :colts: :colts:

The Jets game was a letdown game, like we could have against the Jags.  I doubt we were overlooking the Jets to plan for the Browns early last year.  But coaches and players should never ever look past a division opponent.  And Pagano is demonstrating this.It is more important to beat the Jags and lose to the Seahawks than vice versa at this point.

Need to win it.....and not look ahead to Seattle.....what a game that could be....WOW!   :)

I expect just that Brother,Houston had them on the ropes and let them off.IMO this Colts team can play with anyone.I believe the Monster we talked about before the season started has started to take its shape !  :disco:    :rawr:

    • Wow been waiting for this one for awhile, what a slobberknocker...44-41 Syracuse in ot, knew it would hit the over, that was easy money. Both squads top 25 worthy. UNLV best group of 5 team I have seen so far with all due respect to Boise and Army who is destroying opponents. Cuse can play with anyone in the ACC, the McCord redemption tour continues.
    • I feel you here. I can much easier let a loss roll off back now. Not nearly as emotional. Yes I still feel a tiny bit sad during the week after a loss but it’s much less emotional for me now.
    • I will just say this. I thought for sure with all the injuries they were going to get beat by Steelers. I was shocked how well they played. It might look bad for Sunday but let’s have a little faith. I think we might be turning s corner with having a better coach then what we have had in the past. Hopefully we are less streaky and more consistent with Shane.
    • Sure. I support that, too. What I don't get is people saying others need to stop discussing this subject or that people are ruining this message board by stating opinions they don't agree with.
    • I know this doesn't compare to your children, but I have genuinely put in an effort as well not to yell or get violent since I've got my Labrador Retriever 2 1/2 years ago. She is my life, and I always want her to be comfortable around me. I've finally got on some good medication that has lowered my outbursts, and I'm probably living a better life than I have since 2011 which was the last year I had a huge social life and was traveling and playing pokemon with all my best friends.    I just enjoy sports a ton and is still a mini-escape from life. I want to feel like I can enjoy a journey that my team can win a championship. If we lose, that's one thing and I'm fine with it as long as there is maximum effort given. When we lose and it's due to circumstances out of our control (injuries) seemingly every year, that's when I become apathetic towards the team over time.   The Atlanta Braves had a horrible season with injuries this year, but because we won a WS three years ago and make the playoffs every year, it's more forgivable. When we just lose every year, or the times we win it's a QB like Rivers who has 1 year with us and he retires, I just give up. I have no control to fix the team myself, and I resort to playing Madden instead.   Also, I'm sorry that you lost your friend in NC due to the flooding. That has to be horrible to go through. I have a bunch of friends in the South who lost power for 3 1/2 days and a cousin in Florida whose house got destroyed and she has to move in with her sister now. That hurricane sucked for so many people.
