Seems like a good hire.

 

Scouted a lot of quality players in a bright period for San Diego. I like it because during that time, they had very good offenses and defenses. Guys like Tomlinson and Brees on offense. Merriman and Cromartie on the defense.

 

Kinda reminds me of how Grigson came in, an underachieving team of late, scouted a lot of talented people, was a sought out candidate for other jobs.

 

I am excited about this hire, and hopefully it will be a great partnership.

I'd certainly like to take a look at Antwan Barnes, and maybe one of the FA corners, although I don't know what sort of a coverage scheme the Chargers run.
