This happens with vets who are older. He has good hands and would be a nice addition. I think he can return punts too.

A sitting duck like Jack Doyle, good hands but no YAC is what I would expect from a guy like Jarvis Landry at this stage of his career.

 

If you want someone with size, why not Kenny Golladay? Worth kicking the tires?

They are trying to add to this roster for a playoff stretch and possible playoffs. That’s a good thing. Someone that also fits with what Minshew does best. Colts have one roster spot open after the suspensions today. Montgomery was already in the 53.

I know. He doesn't seem like a guy willing to put in the work. I would rather get Zach Ertz and move him and Downs around as flankers.

I think Reggie will have a big say as to Jarvis Landry. They are both vets and if he can be helpful during the playoff it will be well worth it.

Colts worked out 4 or 5 Wr's . I'm thinking they are not planning on Pitman this week.

I’ve never been much of a Jarvis Landry fan.   But, assuming he’s healthy, there’s never been a better time to sign him.   Buying him at a deep discount.   Good reliable hands and route runner.   
 

I hope we’ll get some news tomorrow.

Colds have been looking to add to the WR group  since spring. Dont read to much into it.

At this point in his career, Landry would bring a veteran presence, good route running, sure hands, and return ability. He's not going to be Landry of 5+ years ago, but I think he could still be a solid signing for a playoff push.

Injured a lot last season and hasn't played this season. Not sure he's going to bring anything to the team at this point in his career.
