We know how the previous regime handled the preseason. Anyone think it'll be different with the new regime? Will Pagano and Grigs actually try to win some preseason games?

That's a good question.

I would say..yes......because Luck needs playing time

..and we need to try out the new first string offensive line a lot///

...They'll have to play significantly in ALL 4 pre-season games...

I've been wondering the same thing. Not only a new regime, but a bunch of new players who need to get snaps. I doubt if we'll make an effort to win the games (game planning, etc.), but I suspect we'll see starters a lot more than in the past.

I couldn't care less if we win a preseason game (remember the season the Lions went undefeated in the preseason?), but I'm excited to see a preview of our new O and D.

I think there are going to be so many new players both FA's and Drafted, that we'll see enough change to be interested in pre-season again.

I always liked the preseason because we'd see players that never get off the bench in the regular season. But the coaches never seemed to care about sustaining a drive after the first team left the game. Then it was totally frustrating to watch. They were more interested in how players reacted in specific situations, not how they performed as a team.
