I agree.  Besides, I don’t think we need to get a #1 pick to get a good quarterback.  Sure, Manning and Luck were great, but look at the top qbs in the league.  None of them went very high.

The OP clearly said “Those of you who wanna trade up for Burrow”. I’ve never seen any mention of trading up for Burrow which is my point .

It's been mentioned a couple times but never a really serious scenario.

I don't think the writer is too far off on cost to trade up for Burrow.  

 

Honestly I think he's probably the best prospect since Luck.  Of course Trevor Laurence next year is probably a slightly better prospect but you can never count on securing the #1 overall pick.
