Mychal Kendrick’s is in trouble

Martha Stewart got 5 months in Federal prison, and 2 years supervised release. If it is proven Kendrick's made buying/selling decisions based upon knowledge not available to all other investors, I expect something similar at the minimum.

 

I heard (not confirmed) he turned 80k into 1.2 million...

That's what I was thinking too. I remember Martha Stewart only had to serve 5 months in prison so I kinda thought it may be a similar case.

I believe Stewart was sent to prison for lying to the FBI, not for insider trading.

That is a plus for Kendricks, (cooperation) yet there has been an escalation of punishment for white collar crime since then as well, especially in the southern district of NY cases. ( not sure where this one plays out at). But his case seems small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. So...  maybe he gets some leniency.
