It's not hard to understand why anyone would think the Browns may be better than the Colts.

It is only an opinion but him having that opinion does not make him stupid. It may just mean he is wrong.

To be honest the Browns could very well end up with a better record than the Colts. With that said you think I am stupid for thinking that?

I thought the Browns had a chance at winning 7-8 games this season.   They were not as bad as their record.   Their defense is young and talented.   I think Myles Garrett has a strong year.   I thought they had a very good WR group with Gordon, Landry, Callaway and Coleman.   A very good RB trio in Johnson, Hyde and Chubb.   With Tyrod Taylor managing the offense, I thought they were much improved.

and then they showed their Browns colors again......

Gordon is a no show at camp.    Callaway got busted without a license, with guns and with drugs.  For some reason they trade Coleman for a 2020 7th round pick.

A friend of mine ask me the other day to list at least 10 teams that the Colts are better than, I responded with:

Browns, Bengals, Jets, Dolphins, Titans, Giants, Redskins, Bears, Bucs, and Cards.

-It's also a real possibility that we will be better than the Texans, Broncos, Raiders, Chargers, Ravens, Bills, Lions, and 49ers.

-I just reeled off 18 teams realistically that we could be better than with Luck back and it wouldn't shock me at all.

week one home game against the Bengals will show if we really belong at the bottom or not

I agree. I have been putting my neck on the line with my optimism in this thread out in the open, so if the Bengals beat us that will make my Posts look bad. We should win that game and I expect a win at Washington in Week 2 as well. Actually the first 2 games will show me alot.

Yes. Cleveland's HC is Hue Jackson. I'm not making this up, he has a record of 1-31 the last two years. You can look this up. Cleveland has kept a known horrible coach. Worse than Pagano by far. If Cleveland wins more games than the Colts, I will leave message boards forever

Be careful of what you say you will do.

IMO the only thing holding them down is the coaches.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Browns will be better with their additions and Garrett will be improved as well but I can't see them winning more than 5 games. If they win 5 games that is a huge improvement. I can't see us any worse than 8-8 if Luck plays all 16. Some people apparently forget how Great Andrew Luck can be with their ridiculous predictions.

I saw Hard Knocks. Hue Jackson is a disaster. He coddles a few crappy players, insisting they don't practice as a "preventative measure". Todd Haley or Gregg Williams should be coaching that team. These guys look like Vince Lombardi by comparison. Seriously, anybody thinking Cleveland will win more games than the Colts is a clown.

Landry is a good player and all, but when did he become Jerry Rice? Sick of all the unwarranted media hype for this guy. Landry not even top ten WR. He is not good enough to make your offense good all of a sudden. Jarvis couldn't hold Hilton's jock strap

I watched Hard Knocks....well to be honest I could only stomach about 5 minutes of it.   Can you imagine having to endure 23 consecutive seasons like last year (or 2011)?
