That white jacket is slick.

The colts really do have some cracking team apparel.

Ballard always seems to have a really smart hoody or polo as well.

Wonder if, on day one in the job, a truck just turns up at your house with 250 different pieces of colts merchandise and they then take away all your other clothes and burn them lol

You've really given this a lot of thought Dave. I'm not condemning your post. It's very entertaining.

But, what happens if Frank gets let go 5 yrs later? Does Jimmy give Mr. Reich to buy new threads before he departs from INDY? Just messing with ya pal. :D

Seems like he knows how to command a room.  Just remember, if it's going south, he could speak like MLK and the players are still gonna tune him out.  Winning is usually what keeps the players' interest long-term.  But this is a good start

Not entirely, some coaches manage to keep their players playing hard for them despite a losing season.

Of course ultimately it doesn't matter how interested the players are in the speech if it doesn't lead to W's.  He's not here to make great speeches he's here to win.  If a great speech makes that happen then go for it.  But if all the coach says is "just win" and it leads to W's I'm fine with that too.
