QB - Peyton

RB - Barry Sanders

WR - Harrison, Rice, Moss (as much as I don't want to put him on here, he was an excellent receiver)

TE - Tony G

OL - Munoz, Larry Allen, Jim Otto, John Hannah, Jim Parker

DE - Bruce Smith, Deacon Jones

DT - Reggie White, Mean Joe

LB - Singletary, Bednarik, Butkus, LT

CB - Night Train, Deion Sanders (see the note on Moss)

S - Lott, Reed, my man Bob Sanders!

P - Sammy Baugh

K - Vinny

LS - Justin Snow!

Head Coach - me. Seriously, I would barely have to do anything and this team would go undefeated.

Nothing but over a Lynn Swann? ..or..who was that WR from dallas in the days of Staubach?

Also,Harrison was not physical and best suited for the finesse timing offense of Manning.

Lynn Swann was never that great of a receiver IMO. Sure he had some big games when it mattered most, but in the regular season he wasn't anything special.

BTW is it Bob Hayes you're thinking of?

no. Renfro or something was good too but thats not who I'm thinking of. grrr..help me:)

He was Staubach's go to in the clutch.

Which makes it notable who your #1 LB is. :D That tackle must have made as much of an impression on you as it did on Theisman's leg.

I've now mentioned Joe Theisman is successive posts purely by co-incidence, and I don't even like the guy.

Yea, I watched that game live. My hero was felled, sad night for me.

As I got older I realized how much I didn't like Theisman as a man, Something just don't rub me right about that fella.

i can't stand him either

he acts like everything he says is so important and serious. come on man, this is football, it's a freakin game. i don't think the man has an ounce of humor in him. just look at the piercing seriousness in his eyes when he's on camera :yuk:
