I could see a team considering him as a 3rd stringer so they could try coaching him. Maybe Canadian Football League is calling, too.

No...the guy literally drank and snorted his way out of the league. If he gets another shot anywhere it will be in a few years when he's either straightened out or fooled people into thinking he's straightened out similar to Todd Marinovich imo.

Anyone with a brain knew Manziel would bust in the NFL. Merril Hoge had Manziel as someone who should have been a 6th round project pick, while *s like Skip Bayless were trying to push him as the no1 pick in the draft that year. The Cowboys were lucky to stay away from him, and it took a team like the Cleveland Browns, with all their stupidity, to draft him in the first round. A complete waste of talent, and a waste of time in the NFL. He's a perfect example of someone with name value that isn't worth jack.

I doubt it.  Way too much of a risk, and he's proven time and time again that he's not mature enough to handle the discipline it would require for him to make it.  He had a great opportunity  and blew it.
