What's the current depth at safety?  It seems like Geathers and Anderson both play pretty well when inserted, so I would say that we don't need any spare safeties at the moment.

Is there a reason to be a jerk about it? No.  And it's not exactly pointless, plus no one is making you read it. I think it was a legitimate question as all sources at the time of the pat's waiver claim was that he'd fall to the PS.  

 

Now, do I think he gets put on PS, not right away.  But it's possible.

I like Dewey McDonald.  As football player I have not seen enough of him to know whether or not he will be any good but I hope he gets a chance.
