Not a fan of Anderson or Eskridge, Anderson is a fine pass rusher but struggles to hold his own in the run game mightily in my opinion, I'd keep Freeman and pair him with Kendricks and try to trade Jackson even it means having to pay his 2015 salary

I love this, but I'm really hoping for a safety via free agency or high in the draft.

Two points....

Did you mean not to include re-signing Joe Reitz?

And I don't understand wanting to cut Lance Louis.    Even if you think he's a not a starter -- and he's not -- why not keep him as a back-up?     I think he's played well enough to stay on the roster.

Oversight ton my part on Reitz.

I think Louis is really bad, and rather not have him on the roster so he doesn't accidentally somehow get thrown into a game.

Are you like me, with your mocks getting more conservative as time goes on? Your free agents seem like second options.

My major beef is that I wouldn't want Franklin at RT.

haha that's spot on. I actually only added Franklin and Fairley after I realized I needed to spend more cap space. I was perfectly content with just the first two.

As for RT, yeah I don't think Franklin should play RT, but if Fisher isn't ready day one, you could do a lot worse. Also Mewhort is an option.

You don't have to spend more cap space. That extra space can be rolled over to 2016, or saved for frontloading Luck's contract. The salary floor is an aggregate from 2013-2016, so it just has to be spent by next year.

I think I like your plan with Spikes and Kendricks. It's like a 2 year plan to completely rebuild the ILB corps, I'm assuming, with another guy moving in for Spikes after his deal is done.

I like this.  Only have 2 questions.

1. What happens if Hasselbeck decides to retire?

2. What kind of contract do you give to Franklin?  Is it where we could cut him in 2-3 years if Fisher is ready to move to RT?

1. Sign another veteran. Maybe a late-round flyer QB.

2. I signed him to play guard.
