Can he be an asset in the game against the Broncos? One year removed from the Broncos, I know he had a down year, but he knows that Denver offensive line better than anyone else on the Colts.

I don't think he can hurt...I saw him play a few snaps at the end of the Bengals game.  All hands on deck!

I suppose there is some Intel he can provide but not sure how valuable it would be and his on field play - not so much.

That's possible, as far as knowing them.  I made sure to watch him last week.  He wasn't a factor, they handled him easily.  For some reason he still looks tentative to me.

 

Of course, Werner wasn't much better rushing the QB.

I don't know how much he can add about Xs and Os that can't be found from watching 16 games worth of film on Denver.

I saw him getting some pressure but couldn't quite get there. This is probably his last year in NFL.

Newsome is doing well as a pass rusher, but he needs to get better at stopping the run/tackling. 

 

I agree that Walden has been unappreciated as well. He has quietly gone about him business and played pretty well. 

 

 

I haven't seen much of anything out of Phillips unfortunately.

Agreed it's a problem for Newsome dealing with the run this year but on obvious passing downs give me him over Phillips just haven't seen Phillips do much

With Manning we really need Jones Redding Chapman Hughes RJF someone to get pressure up the middle. I'm sure we will see some blitzing too We need to be in his face.

He may have some incite on which of the Broncos OL we can beat consistently with certain types of schemes and blitzes.

he's smart, experienced, he'll get a few snap especially because Greg had him in San Diego and thinks highly of him.
