Looks to me that Luck was out sight seeing and came upon a wedding. They probably asked him to be in the photo and he obliged.

 

Or at least that's what I hope, otherwise he's very under-dressed for the wedding.

I was actually hoping to go to the Colts/Giants game this year till I found out the date.

I'll be busy doing other things however.................
