Probably wanted too much money.  If I was him out of those teams I'd go to the Lions.  Can you imagine the easy coverage he would face lining up on the other side of Calvin Johnson?  

 

Sure that would regulate him to being a #2 but he should be able to get open pretty consistently with all the attention on Megatron.

only 1 of those 4 teams has a QB. Unless he wants to be a bust, he'll go to Detroit. Or he'll call another team like us (no I don't want him) and say "Houston will pay me 7M$ a year, I'll sign with you for 5M$. You guys don't wanna play against me twice a year do you?"

If he goes to New York he'll be a #1 reciever, but I read on rotoworld the Jets want to limit Geno's pass attempts to no more than 20 per game; lining up on the other side of Megatron with a decent QB is a better fit for Decker imo.

Good. This draft is insanely deep at the WR position. First round talents being pushed back into the 2nd round and 2 round talents being pushed into the 3rd and so forth, because the draft is ladede talent wise.

I really like Decker. For that reason alone, I don't want to see him go to New York or Houston, because of their lack of QB. Now seeing him in Detroit with Calvin / Stafford, that sounds pretty awesome.

I doubt we were ever really in the race. Despite what many fans think, the F.O. don't seem to be hung up on signing every FA WR on the market. Thank God we weren't stupid enough to sign him.
