I love Welker's voice and how he rubs his hair when talking about Brady. "Tight spirals"; "Tom doesn't know to lose." Hysterical. Best part was the ending when Manning calls him Reggie.

I always thought Peyton in real life reminded me of Elvis in a way . . . southern accent, talks out of the side of his mouth a bit and even looks like Elvis in a way . . . good job by the artist . . .

 

The artist did a good job on Welker too, in the eyes and five o'clock shadow . . .

I think the artist wanted to have that "oh golly gee, life is so good, tom was so awesome, pey we are going to be soooooo great together, I mean like really now" type character, and needed that kind of voice even though it was not welker's . . .
