Yes, but the only reason the Ravens won in the playoffs is because of Flacco's deep ball. Which just so happens to be one of the best in the league, especially with a receiver that can get it where the CBs can't. Schaub isn't as good at the deep ball.

Flacco aint as good as Schaub I dont think, His receivers made many great catches in that SB. Schaub just cant stay healthy. He has only played in 80 of 96 games since coming to Houston

Schaub has 3 4000+ seasons to his credit with a solid running game, 1 of those seasons he led the league in passing yards while being 5th in TD's passes

Interesting that all the comments focus on the Texans. I am not sold just yet on Kaep. I do think the niners are probably the best team but he had horrible first halfs agains the Falcons and Ravens and if not for the lights going out in the SB he probably loses by 30+ points.

Not really.

 

Flacco has always known to have had superior physical tools over Matt Schaub.  And that's not even to mention Matt Schaub's proven inability to come thru in big games, whereas Joe Flacco is pretty much the antithesis of that.

would you take a 120 plus million dollar average quarterback? Of course I wouldn't take Martin over Jones,  But Schaub has more yards passing since Flacco came into the league, a higher completion percentage, Schaub has less touchdowns but he has missed 11 games since then and Baltimore tends to forget Ray Rice exists more often then not now where as Arian Foster gets worked pretty hard, not excuses just facts, Flacco does have you on Schaub however but being able to produce I'd go with Schaub
