I heard about this. Where would KC go? I haven't noticed lists of available areas if they do decide to move.

That would suck!  KC seems like they’ve supported their team even before the Mahomes era.  I’d hate to see that happen. Would remind me of the sonics leaving Seattle or chargers leaving San Diego.

At this point, I’d be tempted to call their bluff.    Are they moving across the border to neighboring Kansas?    Doubt it.

I can't blame taxpayers for not wanting to pick up the tab.  The politicians always talk about the huge economic impact.   But for most people it just costs them money.

There are several options out there.  

It would be more interesting if there was a movement to change the name of the team during the move.

I think St. Louis is fine with only having the Battlehawks of the USFL.  

 

I don't think I would root for the Chiefs if they move.  They would become one of my hated teams joining the Cowboys and Ravens.  

 

I'm guessing that fans are often wearing their KC Chiefs gear that they paid high dollar for.

I've always thought that the Jaguars would somehow end up in St. Louis.  They have waves of fandom for a little while but then it fades.  In other words, 8 out of the 15 fans lose interest and stop showing up.

They should float STAR Bonds like other states like Minnesota did. Invest in it, you get something out of it and you have enough invested, you will have a new stadium.
