He just wanted to get away from Matt Ryan, lol :)

matt was still somewhat good during that time.  Idk what Matt Ryan we got lmao.

but I have to give props to the jags FO for getting Trevor some weapons.  Still think they overpaid for kirk, but getting Ridley was such a great move, even with the suspension.  It was worth it, as we can see

the blocking.  The tight ends and OL are the reason he was able to break that.  He wasn’t moving that fast

He was moving fast enough.   The narrative for some, that Pittman is so slow he can’t get open,  is supported by zero facts.   It’s beyond silly at this point.

yeah, that is silly.  My opinion, he’s not fast enough for the deep routes, which we desperately need from him since his strength is 50/50 catches.  He has a strength he can’t even use because he can’t beat anyone deep.  Now the short and mid stuff, he’s good.  That’s why I say he doesn’t have the “game breaking” ability that most alpha receivers possess.

Steichen will have to slowly open up the offense as the season goes along to create more downfield padding plays. Luckily defense is playing well.

I think he’s calling them, they just aren’t getting open.  Hence why AR is holding on to the ball so long and hesitating.
