5 years/250 Mill/185Mill guaranteed. Not 100% guaranteed so Irsay would be fine with the guarantees and Jim said money is not an issue. So my guess is Lamar would be happy with that since he has said he is not insisting on a fully guaranteed contract. They didn’t want to give him 42m guaranteed on the exclusive franchise tag and only 133m fully guaranteed on a contract proposal. I don’t think they will take the full five days to decline to match that offer sheet. -

I think when people say guaranteed contract it’s just easier than saying mostly guaranteed contract which is what he wants. Either way the point people are making that he’s seeking more of a guaranteed contract than teams are willing to pay is still correct. -
So you're pointing out that there are lots of variables between QBs and teams, right? Which is why its futile to look at the contracts of one player and use that as a means to decide what the contract of another player should be. Players look at it that way....then complain. Smart teams don't get into that shallow look, but rather try to understand the true value of what they are buying....and compare that value to what might be other options now or in a few seasons.

If Josh Allen couldn't run well, how good would he be? Also there are too many people that underrate Lamar's passing game. He has put up good numbers, also only 101 TD's to 38 INT's which shows he makes smart throws. Name 1 WR that Lamar has had that has been at a pro-bowl level? = You can't, his best weapon has been a TE . -
Yup, and running ability has a lower overall price point than passing ability. The same thing should happen to Hurts come contract time, but there might be some other things at play by then.
