Blair Kiel Dead?

It is being reported that Blair(former Colts QB) passed away today. Feel free to add details as I haven't heard any. I think his son Gunner is committed to Notre Dame.

Yeah reports are true, pretty sad stuff. He wasn't really that old, they say he died of natural causes though. Here is an article about in that delves into a some of his sports history as well. Wish the Kiel family the best.

Odd to see the death slated as "natural causes", I mean he was only 50. Either way, tragic loss, we won't see another punter/QB. Hope his son caries on his legacy.

could be natural causes at 50 though, maybe heart attack or something, but I agree odd to see natural causes as the reason, which actually thats kinda scary if it was natural causes if ya think about it

As info. Gunner Kiel is his nephew. It is getting tougher and tougher to get older and see friends beginning to pass away. 50 is young today.
