Colts have taken the past two days to reflect.

Football is the greatest sport there is, but there is more to life in between the 10 yards.

Obviously these are unprecedented time, so I hope posters can forgive and understand some of the moderation challenges currently.

As a rough rule of thumb to this specific topic, it's Colts related in that it's a social media post relating to the team. Discussion of the politics behind the situation aren't so football related and are being moved into this topic:

Trying to balance letting people converse and discuss, and keeping this a friendly environment.

Here are videos of Okereke and Hines discussing it.

Successful teams have players that play for the other guy.  Don’t want to let them or the team down.  Don’t care about their own individual success.  That is what true team work is about.  This is what sports teaches you. This is why we need to encourage kids to be a part of a team. These traits spill over into real life and make our communities what we want them to look like.
These are the basics of team sport no matter what the level. Our Colts organization are reflecting these traits and it is something to be proud of.

Sport has often been a catalyst for positive social change and I agree that a lot of formative life lessons come from youth sports.

If there's never true transparency and communication nothing will ever change sadly.
