Dolphins came along last year as well in the end as a wild card but it was Matt Moore then.

 

If the Patriots lose to Steelers, do the Jaguars get the #2 seed?

 

EDIT: The answer is yes. If the Patriots lose to the Steelers and the Jaguars beat the Texans, the Patriots would have 3 losses in the AFC while the Jaguars would have only 2 thus making the Jaguars the #2 seed in the AFC.

 Miami always seems to try and spoil the Pats #1 Seeding. Nice win Miami. By the way I won my Playoff game in my Fantasy Football league 104-103 . I am now in the Final 4 of the winners bracket! The guy I was playing had Brandon Cooks and he only 1 catch for 38 Yards. Thank God! When he caught that one for 38 Yards I almost croaked .

Yeah, they lost at Miami in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017 with the losses in 2013 and 2015 costing them the #1 seed to Peyton who made the SB both years. 2014, they got that loss out of the way as the first game of the season, hence the Patriots latter season derailment did not happen. As a Patriots fan, I probably hope for the game at Miami to be scheduled earlier in the year, it seems like, to not let it affect seedings down the stretch for HFA.

 

They lose to the Steelers and they are the #3 seed in the AFC.
