I know several guys locally that are sponsored by the Lego company - they create lego robots controlled by computer programs to do all sorts of things. Yes, the creativity equates to geek and when I think of someone sitting around building a lego building for 3 years its one of the first things that comes to mind. And, IMO thats not a bad thing as those robots are pretty darned cool, but it doesn't make it any less geeky.
