Yeah. I really don't see how Irsay can keep Chuck without a whole lot of awkwardness. That just doesn't seem like a good idea, bringing back a players' coach who knows his boss wants to replace him.

Thats the problem with not firing your coach first before you start this process. When you strike out and get stuck with what you have it doesn't look good for anyone. 

 

Gruden can say he never discussed it all he want, i don't believe that. They could have shot these rumors down a long time ago. This would explain why all the information "dried up" yesterday.   The deal fell apart.
