Very gritty tough win in 15 innings, Cubs win 6-5 and take 2 of 3 in the desert. What a wild game. Both teams drained and bull pens were empty. Fly the flag Hozer. Cubs now 14-12.

Never a doubt chicago cubs smh GIF by MLB

Link: Braun gets doused with beer

Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun was attempting to catch a Pete Alonso fly ball. A fan at Citi Field was too, and dumped beer on Braun in the process.

Lol. I had signed out but just saw this. It is funny.

Is that interference? Your thoughts.

Good night all. Have a  blessed and peaceful week (with lots of wins).

Yeah you guys keep winning, it is cool you and @NFLfan have your own celebration Gifs like Hozer and I have. Makes it fun. I can't wait to see how the Cubs do against the Cards in that series starting May 3rd.

Yes will be interesting

It is at Wrigley so I am hoping for 2 out of 3 but when those 2 teams play the team that usually wins gets the small breaks. If it was at St Louis I would be happy to get 1.

You know as well as I when its Cubs Cards throw the records out the window. Its definitely a rivalary .

    • I agree with your list of guys who are untouchable.  Maybe Jimmy is a better version of Wentz but I’m not over impressed. I think the 49ers won last weekend and against GB in NFC championship despite him.  I don’t see enough gain to warrant eating Wentz salary plus giving up more assets for what I view as maybe marginally better. We have two many holes on this team to move basically sideways and maybe a little ahead. Saying all that Jimmy is still 45-18 as a starter and that’s really hard to argue with.   Did they go get Lance bc they also feel they are winning despite him or did they view Lance as a once in a generation talent?  Are they making a huge mistake like they did with Alex Smith and Kapernick?  Man, I don’t know how to judge all of that and honestly need to watch more film
    • Unfortunately, Jones's latest comments on Cooper doesn't bode well for Gallup being available in FA.    In another thread I posted that Dallas would be smart if the released Cooper, opting for Lamb and Gallup pairing. It seems Jones's recent displeasure in Cooper is setting up the pins for this strike.   I'm saddened because I have always thought Gallup was the hidden gem of the receiver corps going back to last year when Gallup wasn't available in FA. I still say that if the Colts would've sent 54th overall to Dallas last year, Gallup would be a Colt right now. Or maybe a future third in 2022.   Gallup or Dayo?    Hands down Gallup, but that's just me. Anyways it looks like things are shaping up to Gallup staying in Big D
