You really think NE is coming to our house and come out with a win ? There last win against a playoff team on the road was all the back to when Tebow was in the league .

Yes, I don't think our defense is capable enough to stop the Pats offense.

Luck will struggle against Darrelle Revis, Brandon Browner, Dennard, Chung, Devin McCourty and their slew of cornerbacks and safeties under the direction of Bill Belichick.. also look out for Rob Ninkovich and Jamie Collins.. different schemes, looks, disguises post snap, exotic looks, etc.. enough to fool and confuse Luck and bait him on interceptions and forced throws.. the best secondary he has had to work with in years..

From the way you talk you would think the Patriots have a top ten defense. They don't.

Patriots if we don't hit Brady regularly.

Colts if we do hit Brady regularly.

Pretty cut and dry. If Indy is dumb enough to sit back trying to cover the best TE in the game [;us Edelman while letting Brady pick us apart behind the walls of his fortress we deserve to lose.

Bring the heat on nearly every down. If you get burned on a blitz or two so be it. Eat a big play or two for the sake of making him uncomfortable all night. Otherwise he'll still drive them for TD's anyway.

I don't think we have the pass rush or push up the middle to get to him with 4 at all.  The D is going to need to commit on getting to him at all costs. I think the Pats win, but hope I'm wrong.

Why do people keep using poor arguments like this?

The 2014 Patriots are vastly different from last year, and the year before. Revis, Browner, etc, etc.

I do think that the Colts win by 3 at most , but please, that's not a reason why.

Only a Pats fan would call history a poor argument it's not like the Pats have not got destroyed on the road this year . It was so bad even Pats fans were calling for Brady to be cut . .

My prediction is that if the Colts win (especially by a lot), this forum will deem them super bowl contenders.

If the Patriots win (especially by a lot) , overreactions will hit the forum and some will say the Colts won't even win the division.

Well to be realistic, if we don't win this game, we're not contenders, and if we do win, we are.

Thank you and good night.

Had the right idea for the first half and kept the game within reach by making them beat us just by running. Then for some stupid reason we let Brady have his tea time all second half and they beat us w through the ground and air instead of making them try to do it one dimensionally.

    • Once again, Latu just pops on the screen.  I know it’s just a drill, but compared to Ebukam…his movements and techniques are more fluid and crisp, and hes quicker.   https://youtube.com/shorts/k5W6CFq5ReQ?si=7DLSO-G0Gqt-5R6a
    • He's not signed, there is nothing else to talk about and I am bored.
    • Yes, I know. The Stanford teams  when Hogan was the starting QB were full of top recruits on offense and defense. It was so much fun being a fan then. I'm not as big a fan of Stanford as you are. Being on the East Coast makes it hard to follow them as much as I used to.   Overall, I am becoming less and less interested in sports. For over 20 years, I used to listen to sports radio whenever I had free time.  I used to follow tennis, golf, baseball, college basketball, a little NBA and NHL as well as NFL and college football. I once went to 20+ baseball games in a year.  The only sport I still follow religiously now is NFL football. I try to follow my favorite baseball team, the Mets, but not enough. I attribute my loss of interest to there being too much change and movement of players, coaches, teams, conferences, etc. Stanford is now part of the ACC! My goodness! (Shaking my head) I don't like all these changes in conferences.   I was a big fan of Ted Leyland, Stanford's former athletic director many years ago. It saddened me when Leyland left Stanford to go to the University of Pacific which was his alma mater. I see he retired. He hired Buddy Teevens who died last year. Back in those days, I followed Stanford football a lot more closely. They were not great years but I loved rooting for players who also excelled in the classroom.   TL;DR 😉
    • Oh I think they are ready. They are right in the thick of it. Well educated and smart women. They are more in tune with the Indianapolis Colts than all of the new ownership in the league is with their respective franchises. I'm not concerned in the least with these ladies taking over moving forward. I think it's a great thing and speaks to the stability that the organization is preaching and looking to build.
