At my adult age I have begun straying away from the gift giving mentality just because of the occasion at hand. I am adopting an idea that gifts will be given when a gift is deserved... not just because it is christmas or someone's birthday.

 

However, I use those occasions as a reason to give a gift when one is deserved that way people dont get bent out of shape thinking I don't care.

 

In this case, I think Jim Irsay deserves a gift for a great off-season. Maybe.... I'll get him... a... Visa gift card.

 

I mean, thats what people give each other now-a-days... right?

I would buy him a huge Thank You Card, not only for what he has done for the Colts over the years,

but especially for what he has done the past years since the 2-14 season.
