Yes, you read that correctly. We'll be keeping Cassius Vaughn... I hope this doesn't mean we're losing Darius Bulter. Would much rather have Butler over Vaughn & Gordy.

I don't know why it would lead u to think that.

Link was kept because he can fill in every where but center...and as a back up he isn't near as bad as people believe.

Obviously, the "talent evaluators" on this forum don't know as much as they think they do. Apparently the professionals see something in these guys that most here do not.

 

On a side note, Cary Williams, who has been talked about here at length, got a 2nd rd. tender from the Ravens. So highly unlikely we'll get him.

On a side note, Cary Williams, who has been talked about here at length, got a 2nd rd. tender from the Ravens. So highly unlikely we'll get him.

Awesome. Not a fan of his. Would much rather get DRC or draft Xavier Rhodes if he's available.

I liked Williams as a possibility, but he was wanting a lot of money and he isn't worth that much. DRC would be nice and I would love to get Rhodes.

Yeah i think were gonna loose Butler but Vaughn would be better in the slot then he was on the outside.  The one thing Vaughn has over Butler is speed but Butler has better ball awareness. Vaughn is usually always near his defender but never can make plays on the ball, if he can improve that he would be very good in the slot.

I have seen post after post talking up Pagano as a CB guru and how he could help "this guy" or "that guy' or turn "that guy" into a good CB, and yet people gripe about keeping Vaughn. I was not impressed with him either, but maybe they believe he can turn into a good player.

True, but it just goes to show, we aren't as football smart as we all think we are. :thmup:

If I were a GM, I'd probably have a cap situation every other year, I'd be like Oprah. "And you get a million dollars and you get a million dollars! Everyone gets a millions of dollars!

      That weightlifting aged him pretty good as far as his back.  I wish him well post-surgery.  I think he's going to be feeling much better!!!  We need his leadership!!!

      I doubt any of us here have spent more time studying the health issues of Latu than the Colts have.  If they are comfortable with it that’s good enough for me but that’s just me.

      This makes me so happy. It's Karma for all the lies and deception the NFL has put out since recently. They supposedly care about player safety, so lets add a week to the regular season with plans to add more. All these international games where teams have to travel more and the fans get less home games. All the games now that are going to be on various streaming services off TV where people can't watch them with their family. The blatant terrible refereeing the last few years in order to rig games and expecting people not to notice. The Taylor Swift crap this last year where they sold their soul.   It's all about money. That's all the NFL cares about. We are trash to them. The players are trash to them unless they make the NFL money. I hope the NFL has to pay out $14B. This would be exactly what they deserve for ruining this sport to the point where it's almost unwatchable now.

      This aged like fine wine. After this happened, I bet $1 on the Lakers to win the NBA Finals next year. Get $31 dollars if they do. I'm buying into the conspiracy theory that the league will give it to Lebron and Bronny. Also think the Lakers will make a move or two in FA.
