Skrine is a really solid CB, really solid corner, but 7 million per seems a little too much for him. To me he should get something like 4/20.

He was really good in 2014. Gave up too many TDs, but he was otherwise really strong. Probably Cleveland's best CB.

Ehh.. Joe Haden is definitely better in my opinion. But Skrine isn't terrible. He will probably get 6-7M per year.

Like Peterson, Haden is really overrated and had a terrible 2014. The only receiver he consistently shuts down is AJ Green because he had to do it in college. Remember how T.Y. torched him the 2nd half of the Brown's game? This is why Vontae is literally the best corner in the game. Always consistent, never gets cooked.

In 2014, Haden was not as good as his reputation would suggest. But he did give up fewer TD passes than Skrine.

 

Anyways, I don't think $7m is outside the realm of possibility for Skrine. That's half of what Haden makes.

Eight teams in the first 3 hrs of the tampering window inquired about Skrine. There will definitely be a market for him. He just might get that $7mil/year

Yes. Believe most catches TY had that game was when they put Haden on him.

Yeah and what's comical is that same TY Hilton made the only touch down catch of the year against Vontae...in the pro bowl
