AR ended 8-14, 86 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT. That is above average. He only ran once for 3 yards. He held back IMO. The pick 6 was the only bad play but that was on Granson as well.

He did decent! Has to find some touch on some of his throws. He’ll be alright.

It’s wild watching him get the rust shaken off. This is the same man as a rookie that led that crazy comeback against the Rams. Once he gets locked back in and downs back watch out.

Doubt many would have caught that lame duck throw honestly, Minshew choked on an easy short pass.

I don’t know man. Seems to me he had a pretty good shot at it, even though the throw wasn’t the best. maybe he shouldn’t have been the dude catching it though….

I’ve noticed Richardson has much better accuracy on vertical throws.

He struggles on 15-20 yard crossers & hitting receivers out of their break on out routes.

He really needs to improve on that.  He just can’t be missing as many bunnies as he does.

I had to do some painting outside so I started from the beginning of this game and I’m caught up now it’s a bit disconcerting that our starters aren’t punishing their back ups. Seems like after that first drive the Bengals back ups seem to figure out Richardson. The line has not looked good on  offense and I hope it gets better Houston

Keep in mind, Taylor only played 1 series. When Taylor was in on the 1st drive we dominated, it allowed AR to play better. We had no run threat when Taylor went out.

You could say the same about teams who sign a player to big contract and then release them to save money.  Should they honor those contracts too?  They know what they were signing it when they signed it too.

You do realize that most of the time, if not all the time, the team has to eat the dead money left. The player gets that money. At least then guaranteed amount. These guys aren’t going hungry

I like our rb depth honestly. Goodson has looked good each preseason game, Hull not doing badly though more a 3rd down specialist. Once Sermon comes back we are stacked with these youngsters. The days of Deon Jackson are long gong

I just noticed once Taylor went out, AR didn't look near as good. With Taylor in there, defenses know if they have to respect the run bigtime.

No one said they were but if you are argument is players should honor what they signed shouldn’t teams honor what they signed or is it one sided?

That first drive was definitely nice to see. AD looks like he'll be legit.

AR is going to definitely be very Peyton like in his first couple years for those old enough to remember.

He'd have some great plays mixed in with those 'Peyton who the ---- are you throwing it to???' moments...
