  2. 2. Do you still get pumped up when the Colts play the Patriots?

    • Of course! I am excited whenever the Colts face the Patriots. It is another chance to defeat the Pats.
    • No, the Pats are no longer our rivals.
    • Meh, the Patriots aren't any good.
    • Every football game involving the Colts excites me.

  3. 3. Bonus Question#1 : Do you think Belichick gets fired if the Patriots lose?

  4. 4. Bonus Question#2: After this game, the Colts will have a bye week. Do you believe that teams that play games outside the United States should have their bye weeks before or after the game?

    • The week before the game
    • The week after the game
    • Either the week before or the week after playing outside the USA (no other time)..
    • Having a game outside the United States should have no bearing on when a team's bye week is scheduled.

Can we give the defense some credit???

They allowed 160+ yards on the ground. No.

They were gassed after being on the field for most of the game, but they stepped up when it mattered the most and didn't give up a touchdown all game,  not to mention getting 2 takeaways, the latter to seal the win.

Im 40 myself and these Patriots are just another team in the league to me now.

well maybe you're an outlier

i personally love every win vs them, and seems to be that way for a lot of fans. but i agree there isn't a rivalry, that died off when manning left

Absolutely.. I don't have the same hatred anymore.. now that Brady is gone I really don't have hatred for anyone anymore..

Although I'll tell you Stroud is slowly crawling up there... Let's go Bengals! Please quiet him lol

I know many here didn’t enjoy the game, but I certainly did.   Every snap, the good and the bad.   A really good defensive effort.   Glad for Bradley and his unit.

God bless your patience lol. I literally walked away at some point in the 4th quarter and did some laundry to stop myself from imploding lmao

if you think about it, that's a really good first season for SS with the roster only patched up with a few drafts and value signings

i mean that aint bad at all if that's the result

Their offense was out there just as long as our defense. This has always been a poor excuse

I’m 77.  These are dangerous games for us.  I should have taken a xanex. I need to go and take a nice long walk in the cold weather soon.  Need to walk off the stress.

Football games do that to everyone. Last week I had to turn my game off because my heart was beating too much. Then a Giants fan texted "DOBBS!" I then figured it was okay to turn the TV on again.

I hear ya, my stomach was rumbling before Jones got picked. I was like, if we lose to this sorry rear team, season is over. This was a huge win no matter how ugly it was. Belichick is never someone to be taken lightly.

    • Welcome back.   After taking a month off, you’ve returned.   I’m not sure where to start, so let’s try the night the Colts drafted Mitchell.  Late that night, you and another high profile Ballard-Hater had this conversation:  That you didn’t like CBs defense of Mitchell.  His big speech.  Why?  Because you guys agreed that “Ballard didn’t know enough about Mitchell to know if he was a good guy or not.”   Your words.     When my chin came off the floor and my eyes back in my head I thought this:   Why would you OR the fans of any team ever think that what a GM shares on draft night is all he knows?   Because it isn’t.  A GM is sharing all that he wants to share, nothing more.  But what he doesn’t share is much, much more than what he does share.  Think an iceberg;  10 percent above water,  90 percent below.   A GM knows far more than he ever shares.    And now you make this argument….   If Mitchell doesn’t work out, Ballard has left himself open to criticism.   Two words:  who cares?   A GM can’t do his job well if he’s afraid of criticism.  Do you think the Steelers care that George Pickens is totally crazy?   No.  They care he makes big plays for Pittsburgh and catches first downs and touchdowns.  Mike Tomlin deals with the crazy part in private.   A GM has to have thick skin.  Ballard clearly does.   And he doesn’t care what others think of him.  Nor should he.     So far Mitchell seems to enjoy Indy.   I think the odds are good Ballard and Steichen can handle whatever baggage the kid brings.
    • Unbelievable.  Tell me, what’s the criteria for being a spoiled brat?     Because all the other rookie WR’s have clauses in their contracts too.   The Colts do a great job of signing players.  This signing doesn’t seem to bother the Colts, yet it bothers you enough to call Mitchell a spoiled brat.  Over nothing much out of the ordinary.  Thats why players have agents.  It’s why the Colts have Mike Bluem.     You remain your own worst enemy.     Goodness gracious.
    • When the Colts drafted Goncalves they said they think he could play 4 positions at the NFL level.   All but Left Tackle.  So he is not a replacement for Raimann.   odds are Goncalves will play RG and some RT.    I’m a Cosell fan.  He’s forgotten more about football than anyone here knows.  But his opinion on Raimann is beyond head scratching.    Raimann scored in the low to mid 70’s his rookie year.  Then scored in the low 80’s last year.   I don’t know what he thinks of PFF scores,  but there is more to this opinion than meets the eye.  Something doesn’t add up at all.
    • I think his professional career is very slim. Not sure if you remember Vick Ballard but he had similar injuries and he was pretty much done with football after. Not to say that Scott can’t come back it’s completely possible but to rehab and have to get over the mental aspect of things it’s gonna be hard.
    • Not a big deal at this time, but I hope AR is 100% by the time he takes contact in a real game. Don't want this to be a regular occurrence, especially when you combine his reckless playing style with the injury. I hope he can play all year. Last thing we need is him getting nagging injuries every game.
