here's the reality solid, Leonard looks bad. He visibly looks different. He's one of my favorite Colts but I can't lie man he looks overpaid, slow, and hesitant, and seems to be avoiding contact. 

I'm not disputing that, but he hasn't had the chance to prove he can yet.

 

Let's say they boot him this offseason and he goes to another team and balls out. Who's looking stupid then?

 

Give him the chance (which may include next season) and make adjustments. If still isn't up to par, then by all means boot him. My point is when Leonard was at his best he was a playmaker on defense and he hasn't been given the chance to be that again.

we also have other probelms, i agree. and to be clear im not blaming him for other issues like young corners, or bad run defense without grove, i predicted those things despite leonard

 

im just saying he needs a pay cut at the min,
