Interesting. Why did he fall ? Size?

That's the only thing I can think of. He's possibly exclusively slot, so lack of schematic versatility?

We had 4 spots needed to upgrade starter-QB,CB,Slot,Guard    we have checked 3 boxes so next pick should be a Guard

Andrew Voorhees would be a cherry on top...

I initially thought he might not get drafted, but when I heard he was recovering well, I wanted the Vikings to draft him in the 2nd or 3rd.

I actually am surprised the Vikes didn’t take him.

(Random Note, being in Winnipeg, I have seen more Vikings games live far more than any other team.  7.5 hour drive to Minnie, almost half of the drive time to the next closest team to me, geographically.  Was at the game when All-Day set the NFL rushing record!)

I remember your saying you were going to the game in 2016. Luck had a great game.

Im wondering why Kelee Ringo is dropping that far. Did I miss something?

He has a world of talent but I know when i watched Georgia this year he had some struggles.

It is possible his tape doesn't quite match his upside/potential.

I still think he has immense upside worth gambling on. But he definitely has some things to clean up that will get him killed at the next level.

I would gladly trade up here to take him in a heartbeat using a 4 + 5 if we could.

Ok. Thx for the insight.

Seen the Colts there several times.  Vikings fans have always been uber hospitable.  My avatar pic is me from one of the Colts games in Minnie.

That's what I was thinking, Vorhees has that aggressive nature to match Nelson and the Athleticism to back it up, I think he would already be gone if he didn't get hurt during the combine. He won't play this year probably but would be worth the investment kind of like how we picked Dayo or Blackmon

I see someone in the back of your avatar with a Vikings uniform. I thought you were on your bike. Lol.

Dammmmmn the Ravens get Trenton Simpson?

Because of course they do!

Geez!

I was just checking to see if he was still on the board or if I missed him getting drafted. I really would have liked Simpson in our LB room as well. Ravens have a mean LB room.

Actually, that was in a parking lot tail gating.  Vikings fans called my wife and I over, both of us in our Colts jerseys, and they had purple shooters and blue shooters that they made up for Colts fans.  We did shots, blue vs purple.  Was a heck of a good time!  Minnesota hospitality.

    • It’s a ripple effect.   Rome Odunze is still unsigned and that has a ripple effect on what happens to the WRs drafted after him, with agents closely watching. Last I heard, Brian Thomas Jr. of Jaguars, Xavier Worthy, Ricky Pearsall, Ladd McConkey, Jalynn Polk, are all unsigned, the last time I checked. All these WRs drafted before AD.   Watch, once Odunze signs, there will be a whole lot of reactive signings at WR position.
    • The key is waiting for a season to be over to see the whole picture. Your Pro Football Reference quote did that but @Defjamz26 was quoting that StampedeBlue article for a mid to early season drop rate quoted, which wouldn’t be something to rely on till the entire season played out.   The OP’s goal was however to shed light on college drop rates. Seems to me, based on everything I see, AP’s catch rate has improved in the Pros over college, another testament to Reggie’s coaching.
    • I think the Cubs will make the playoffs, better talent and management in the division.
    • I will just be happy if the Cubs make the playoffs. I thought they would be better than what they are but as long as they stay within playoff contention all season, it will keep me interested and watching. 6 teams get in and as of now the Cubs are tied for 6th in the NL.
    • Should’ve been 7-1 but Suzuki made a very uncharacteristic error.    My only wish now for the seasons is to not finish last place, but I don’t see Cincy climbing out of the doormat, it’s just too much of a hole.
