Is it normal to already have all draft picks signed by now?  Aren't there usually still unsigned players at this point?

With the new CBA it became a lot easier to get rookie deals done.  Everyone is pretty much slotted in terms of how much they make.  Unless you do something strange with contract language like the Chargers and Bosa got into last year signing rookies now is almost a formality so it's just pretty much when the team gets around to it before camp.

This seems like a good sign.

 

Last year, the Falcons had their entire draft class signed within a week. It seems to get easier every year. The precedents for any tricky issues have mostly been set.
