According to Adam Pacman Jones he will be back playing again in 6 months lol.  I always thought Calvin was an excellent NFL receiver.  I'll miss seeing him on the field.

Like stated already in the thread, that Hall of Fame class is going to be one for the ages. Manning, Woodson, Johnson. Sheesh

 

As a Colts  fan though, I'm glad he and Stafford won't catch Harrison and Manning.

He can still play.  Detroit just doesn't have a good enough team to compete.  He's given the franchise some great years (similar to Barry), and they haven't brought in enough talent to compete for a Super Bowl.  Bummer he's retiring, as he was always fun to watch

I can't help but feel this is the end of an era in the NFL in some respects with these retirements. Johnson,Manning,Beastmode... I know big names retire each season but just feels that way to me.
