They may be spending a lot for a guard but you have to like their thinking. They are not putting a price on their young franchise QB. You cant blame the Raiders for not wanting Carr to end up like Luck on IR! These bottom basement teams like Oakland and Jacksonville are a lot closer to the Colts then we think.
