What does it mean when.........

You feel that the span of February to September is 12 months instead of 7.

You find yourself watching football games of teams that mean absolutely nothing to how your team is affected.

You find yourself watching football games of teams that mean absolutely nothing because they happened 5 years ago.

You watch every Colt’s preseason game with the same enthusiasm as if it really meant something (and even some hated rivals…… especially when they lose)

You actually start spending a reasonable amount of time reading threads in the NFL General section.

It means...we both just had the same experience over the past few months!  :)

Nah...the females lay there.

You're on an internet forum telling people to get a life. Can't blame a man for loving football. Absolutely nothing wrong with missing it during the off-season and watching the preseason with enthusiasm. 

 

To the OP, no worries. It's back and the next 5 months will be a ride. 5 solid months of Sunday/Monday entertainment, and if your a fantasy player with quite a bit of money invested the excitement can be even higher.
