He’s actually PFF’s highest rated QB against the blitz with a grade of 88.7. Our line was a turnstile last week but hopefully they’ve tightened things up and give him some time back there in the pocket 😏

Apparently it’s been a problem last few weeks. Same thing with colts when Strausser was here.

I knew Strausser’s tenure in Indy wasn’t great but sheesh, and I along with other fans had no choice but to give him a chance, but sheesh. He’s gotta go.

They will probably put Carlisle’s on IR to make room. I am confused why Mcgrone is questionable when he hasn’t been activated to roster. Maybe it all depends on Buck. Al-Shaajr being out is a huge loss for the Texans as he is there best LB. Add that Nico is out, I think we have a good chance of winning this. Robert Woods will be the deep threat but isn’t Nico, the Texans passing game was kind of lost last week. I imagine they will be better playing our scheme.

I get it, it makes a difference but if it was a huge deal the whole forum would be picking Indy. One person predicted 42-13 Texans, another 28-13, another 30-20, apparently, they don't think losing Nico matters. Mainly they don't trust gus Bradley to take advantage of nico being out and I don't blame them

It says a lot once Saturday came in as interim they got a little better and were elite the next year again.

We haven't given up 4th quarter points because we've played bad QBs. That's an easy one to figure out. The defense will have a real test this week. Colts have a habit of making bad QB look good so they deserve some credit

Two_pound
Well it is prediction time. I am 5-2 on the season. I'm expecting a good game today win or lose. It's too bad Richardson can't play every game how he started the steeler game or finished the Dolphin game, but that's just not how it goes. We need 4 qtrs of good consistent football from him, but you are not going to get that from a qb that only has 7 starts in his nfl career. Anyone remember Peyton's first 16 starts? Yea, he threw for a lot of yards but had a lot of head scratching throws that were either incomplete or interceptions. Richardson needs to play and I'm sure the Colts are going to keep him out there. We are better than the texans pretty much across the board other than qb. We need to stop making things easy for Stroud(c'mon Bradley stop it with the soft zone, large cushions on third and 10+). Mix in some blitzes, allow Jones to play man,( I haven't seen very many comments on here about how good Jones has looked when in man coverage). We have scored 10 fewer points than the texans and have given up 10 fewer points than they have(but according to the Ballard bashers on here the texans are sooooooo much better, hahahaha) It's the nfl, even though, as I said at the beginning we are the better team across the board other than qb I'm going to with the texans today, but I am hoping Bradley get's it going with numerous blitzes and disguised coverages mixed in and we can win a close one. texans pull it out, though and we will be subjected to all the ridiculous Ballard bashers on here afterward.
