I doubt he could. I'm pretty sure you need an agent to declare for the draft properly, and after getting an agent I don't think the NCAA will reinstate you. If he plans on going back to Georgia, it will only be to get his degree. He wouldn't be able to play. Isn't this the same trouble one of the Mike Williams' (the USC one) got into a few years back?

All those picked to be in the green room were given TWO nights stay. He didn't have to pay for anything. Likely he had his feelings hurt.

The NFL really needs to rethink having all those kids sitting and waiting... I wouldn't want to be the kid with the #2 jersey and a hug from Marvin (he's announcing the Colts 2nd and 3rd, right?). They simply invite way too many players I think. That stage was full yesterday before the draft. I knew then a lot of them would be waiting until today.
