I think he also practices martial arts and has done so for quite some time.   It makes you pretty limber.

That’s right he does.  The great Jack Lalanne preached strength and being limber. Some muscle bound  guys can’t touch their own shoulders.

I'm trying to make sense of all the changes. I see Mike Groh is replacing Kevin Patullo as wide receivers coach because he was named the team's pass game specialist. Also, Tyler Boyles is replacing Parks Frazier as assistant to the head coach because he was promoted to offensive quality control coach. Brian Baker is replacing Mike Phair as defensive line coach because he left to take the same position for the Carolina Panthers. Did I miss anyone?

On the O side of the ball, sounds like they focusing on the passing game.

Effort to improve JB?

Wrap around support model for a new rookie QB?

An extra babysitter for Chad Kelly?

A replacement for Hoyer's mentoring and game planning assistance?

I was hoping for new team doctors too lol.

Richard Howell (the current S&C Coach) has been with the Colts since 2000. He's not going anywhere.

Maybe that's the position that should be changed?

I know every team has injuries, and the fan base of that team complains that they are always injured, but it really does feel like the Colts lead some sort of injury category annually.

Just when I didn't think Big Q was scary enough
