Colts select Darius Leonard LB at 36

Looking at some of his highlights, what is the level of talents he plays against routinely? Lots of video from what seems like small schools.

Not undersized at all, 6'2'' 235 lbs, also very long arms and big hands.

I've watched a couple of his games now. I already liked him but it just reinforced what I've read about him. Super rangy, instinctive, changes directions quickly, takes good angels and tackles well. 

I like to think Eberflus had a decent say in this pick and is excited to help mold him.

You dug up this old post to say the obvious??    I had no opinion on the Leonard pick.   I had never heard of him.   The kid is a baller so far.   But how long did it take you to find this thread?

Well.............duh!

 

I didn't really like it or hate it at the time because I hadn't really heard much about him other than he was recruited by Clemson but ended up at SC St.

 

He is DEFINITELY worthy of that pick so far.  Might be the DROY right now.
